The headquarters for AT&T’s advertising company, Xandr, serves as a workshop for the 21st century — a space to experiment and push the boundaries of human ingenuity. The space is a fusion of Interior Design, Branding Vision and Digital Experience. It is an homage to Alexander Graham Bell determination and enthusiasm that inspired his creativity, research and advocacy.

I created concept diagrams, design options, test fits and renderings for SD and DD presentations. I prepared the majority of the construction drawings for the “40” side of the building site, this includes floors 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7. I designed the pantries on the “40” side of the building with the guidance and review of the lead designer. I was responsible for all the pantry equipment schedules. I accompanied the project architect to site visits, construction meetings as well as assisted with field reports, issued construction sketches and reviewed submittals/RFIs.

This project was listed as a finalist for the 2020 NYCxDESIGN Awards in the Corporate Office Category. Project Awarded by Crain's New York Business 2020, Coolest Offices in New York, Retrofit Category. A video the CEO of Xandr walking through the space produced for Adweek 2019 is linked here.

Technical Drawings

I worked on plans, elevations, millwork details, ceiling details, specialty millwork and material transitions under the supervision of the lead project Architect. The project is located in two separate buildings that are joined in the middle with portals (28 West 23rd St and 40 West 23rd St). I worked on the “40 side” of the building. The drawings that I developed are uploaded below.
